Balfour Place Apartments

Under New Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003 1 response   Balfour Place was recently taken over by a new management company in the beginning of November. Since they have been here I have seen a dramatic change in the property. It is much cleaner and seems to be a little safer. There is a regular patrol at night and the facilities seem to be running on a regular basis. Like the elevators and work orders are being completed on a daily basis. I enjoy living here now and i will give the new management a chance to prove them selves. They are doing a good job right now.
