Balfour Place Apartments

i've lived here for 4 years From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I've read all the reviews on here and have to agree with most of them. This place is all of those things, however I remain pretty happy. Sure the Fire alarm go's off about one or twice a month, usually around 2am. But I guess I've gotten used to that. There are a lot of shady people around. But if you're young and pretty laid back and looking for a good location and a cheap price, it's okay (not Good, but okay)
