Balfour Place Apartments

It's urban living. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005   I lived there for about 6 years. It used to be pretty bad crimewise, but it has gotten better. The fire alarm will still go off probalby once every 3 or 5 months on average. But it's not as bad as some people say. Just realize it's urban living and rent controled. You get the kind of people you'd expect to get in low income housing. Not that bad of a thing, but not that good. But deffinatly livable. Parking is something you'll get used to finding if you don't pay for garage parking. Not good parking my any means, but still possible.
