Balfour Place Apartments

It's not even that cheap... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   For a "low income" apartment it really doesn't cost any less than an apartment in downtown. 625 a month for a small studio is ridiculous. The tenants are the worst part though, while a good part of them are nice enough, the few that aren't good mess stuff up. They grafetti the walls, break the elevators, break doors, leave mysterious stains everywhere, creepily follow you, ask you for hand out or money, etc. The staff were nice, but they've literally changed everyone I had been there with my entire stay, so I don't know if they're any better.
