Balfour Place Apartments

ugh From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I pay $575 a month for rent and stuff (washers, dryers, elevators) are always breaking. There is graffiti. People will steal your laundry if you don't keep a close eye on it. There is a resident on the who chased me down on the sidewalk once asking me for money... I had to yell at her and tell her that she lives in the same building as I do but I don't think she got the message. There are gross stains everywhere also that look like someone peed or spooged in the elevators. People have been breaking into the cars in the garage AND people have been lighting the recycling bins on fire. And another thing! Whenever I try to pay my rent, the new managers aren't ever in the office despite the posted hours! For instance, this month I tried to pay my rent at 3:30 PM (office hours were posted that they would be there until 6PM) and they were NO WHERE to be found. Also, another thing that makes me uneasy is that if you have a package from the UPS, they'll let you walk into the office and pick it up unsupervised... so I worry about my packages getting stolen.
