The worst I have ever had to deal with

We moved in to find that there was a leaking pipe in the ceiling that ran the entire length of the apartment. We had water leaking in the front bath, dinning room, and kitchen coming through the light fixtures, laundry room as well as the master bath. It took ten phone calls, six maintenance men to find the cause of only some of the water leaks. Every time someone came to find the leak they would open the ceiling in one room, tell me that they found it then close it up and repaint, one week later there was black mold growing on the ceiling again. Then on the next room and so on
Fourteen months of dealing with this I called the health department and took several digital pictures of mold and video of water dripping from the ceiling in all five rooms affected. After that they took out several feet of drywall from every room to find the problem and were in my home working for over a week. To this day there is still a leak in the master bathroom from the shower above. I called on that today, if the response time is what is has been then I should have to call again in about a week to finally get someone to come up here.
I have lived here three years and consider myself patient and understanding to the management here however when the maintenance staff does a complete turnover every six months there seem to be issues that the tenant might not know about.
