The only thing I can agree with is, yes "you can't expect everything to perfect all the time". I thing any tenant can understant this. But as someone who as lived ALL over the King County area- U-dist, Downtown, Capital Hill, Wallingford, and others. I have NEVER had so many problems as I have had with this complex. I completely agree with the above comment. That this is a fake review from the management. Its so sad they stoop so low, but it honesly doen't surprise me one bit.
