This place looks nice from the outside and initially on the inside is not bad. The problems come in with the management and office employees. First, none of them have the same story when it comes to a particular procedure. An office staff says they do it one way, then I speak to the manager and she says they do not do it another way.
We made several complaints about our upstairs neighbors and about maintenance problems to the office personnel. Management and personnel ignored all complaints about our neighbors. At least the one time when I called 9-1-1, they responded and took care of the situation.
Maintenance requested was completed at about 50%. There was a strange odor in our apartment when we moved in which they told us would be taken care of and never was. The dishwasher was broke down two times during our brief 4 month stay. These are just two examples of many maintence problems at this place. These may or may not be considered a big deal but when you add up the maintenance being neglected and the attitude of management and staff, there is reason to be concerned.
If you drive the lots, you'll see a car port collapsed which has been since at least mid-July 2001 (last I drove through was beginning of Dec. '01 and it was still not touched). Garbage dumpsters have garbage laying outside of them on a weekly basis...a normal occurrence.
The office hours were not posted correctly as on several occasions the doors were locked. The Manager, Phyllus Driver, should not be in this business as she comes across as not really caring about what the tenants think or how their places are cared for. Basically, as long as they get their money, they will not be bothered.
We were so disgusted that we bought out of our lease after living there for only 4 months. Essentially, it's a high priced dump. All I can say it, if you live here you'll regret it.
