Ballinger Commons Apartments

Ok for an in between living situation From: missbangie Date posted: 12/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   We're living here until our home is done being built. It's noisy, the people are so-so friendly. I've never had and issue with the management. There is a wierd guy that walks around in a dress, and other people the yell out to you if you're walking around. The paths are very nice to walk on, though. They manicure the place every week, which is nice unless you sleep in the day like my husband does (works nights). I would give this an average to below average rating. It's an ok place for a few months, but I would never reccommend it for any length of time. One last thing- In December, a mushroom started to grow on the inside of our sliding door. We've cleaned with bleach twice, and it keeps coming back. I'm glad we're out of here.
