I totally agree with everything in Bad Wolf's post. These complaints are totally valid and true! I am experiencing EXACTLY the same problems -- a complete CLONE of the same issues -- ranging from slow response for maintenance requests and notes posted on the doors, which totally tick me off, to the antique washer that squeaks, leaks and shakes so badly during the spin cycle that I wonder if it will JUMP through the floor into the unit beneath mine! The exterior of my building is nasty, dusty, has bird poop splattered on the windows and the roof eaves are rotting. The balcony is disgusting and a health hazard. Some of the tenants in my building slam doors during all hours of the night. I found this complex online as I moved here from out of town. Let me tell you, looks are certainly deceiving. It gets worse after the lease expires and the tenants opts to go month-to-month! Totally outrageous fees for everything! PROSPECTIVE RENTERS - U'VE BEEN WARNED!

I am still waiting for the repair to my apartment. Now the 20 year old appliances are failing. The dryer is broken and they will not replace it, and the fridge is making a grinding noise that the staff tells me is "normal".
