Not a good start. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Hmmm, where to begin. I have been on the top floor for a little over a year and I like the fact that I had a fireplace this last winter. I also like that I don't have to pay for parking. (however UNsecure) I made the mistake of moving in the apartment before insisting they replace the horrible carpet. It was a verbal agreement that had NO follow through. My car was stolen from the unsecure garage. My apt. was broken into. Needless to say I want to move NOW! Stuck in a lease for 5 more months. Maintenance response was horrible for the first year.
