There are by far more bad things to say than good things. I'll start with the parking situation. They charge way to much for the spaces. Also the managers take up at least 5 spaces in the lower garage with junk, such as old furniture that is left behind by the tenants or that they buy and try to resell. The Managers (John and John) often have garage sales in the lower garage to try to sell the junk. During the multiple yard sales they clutter up the grass outside the building with the junk. The worst part is that they let strangers come in and out of the garage to look at the junk. On multiple occasions I would come home and the managers would not even be there and people would be coming in and out of the garage as they pleased. I did not feel safe parking there.
The noise in the building is a serious problem. The walls, floors and, ceilings are paper thin. You can hear all of your neighbors even the ones above and below you. The noise is especially bad if you live on the top floor. The Managers live on the top floor and they are constantly fighting. One of them yells at the top of his lungs at all hours of the day or night. When I brought up the noise issue to the managers I was threatened and had to call the police to come resolve the issue.
In regards to the maintenance of the building. The grounds and the outside of the building are well kept. If you have an issue in your apartment that is a different story. Every issue I had, I had to ask to have it fixed multiple times, if it ever got fixed it would just break again. Towards the end of my tenancy the managers changed their business hours to just 3-4 hours a day, week days only. If you have a schedule where you work week days and get the weekends off this is very inconvenient.
The staff is just the management team (John and John). They are unprofessional, rude, and generally a pain to deal with.

First of all, that was not me who would jump up and down on your floor all night, and I certainly never threatened anyone's safety. That must have been another tenant. Secondly, everything I said in the review above is 100% true. I am not ashamed of anything I said since it is all true. If anyone is thinking about renting here I would not recommend it at all.
