This building is horrible. There is no one that takes care of it and the management does nothing. They are turning the units into condos. Yet the are all VERY small units. I would not buy one if my life depended on it. They make construction changes with out informing anyone. More than once they entered the unit with out telling us they were coming in. Once I was even home when maintance walked right in. The owners live in California and have released the management company of its responsibilites yet the owners do nothing to accomidate those who are still living there.
