I love my apartment at the Belroy. I have a studio with wood floors, a radiator heater, and my kitchen is separated from the remainder of the apartment by fun double doors. The apartment has a lot of character and has very easy access to broadway, downtown, and the U district.
The staff is very nice and always keep you up-to-date with things going on around the apartments. The buildings themselves are secure access buildings and there is a "tunnel" to get from one building to the other without having to go outside.
Overall, this has been a great place to live, close to everything and reasonable prices. Although it is street parking, I have never really had it take more than 10 min or so to find a spot no more than 3-4 blocks away (at the most, usually I get a parking spot within 1 block).
