Careless Managment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The building was once the jewel on the hill but its falling apart at the seams. No heat for MONTHS at a time when the heater blew, no regular maintenance of the building, dumpster out front frequently overflowing and looks like the city dump when you drive up to the outside. No resident manager for a building that size is unheard of. In case of emergency, good luck. Rents are raised to the max. The laundry is in the basement, its dark, dirty and has poorly maintained machines. The building has no elevator so if you are high up it might be a problem for you. My friends lived on the top floor and that was a problem. The roof leaks annually into most of the top story units. All animals are welcome, no matter size, manners or numbers. Poop in hallways not uncommon occurance. You will see dogs peeing on the carpets but they are 90 years old so who cares.
