| 03/29/2013 | Building looks cool on the outside, the staff is really nice and do seem to care, the people who live in the building themselves are very cool, very pet-friendly, but BEWARE: the Biltmore is a nightmare. Dog poop in the hallways, elevators are always out of order, water gets turned off every couple of weeks for "repairs" though nothing improves, the whole building has central heating (controlled by the forgetful manager who sometimes leaves it off for days in the middle of the winter, but turns it on at 4 AM in the summer, full-blast) some units are freezing while ...
