I lived @ Blue Ridge Apartments for about 2 years. The management is incredibly good and the common areas were always clean, well kept, etc. I felt very safe there and the location was great. The only downside was that the units don't have a washer and dryer in them- other than that, no complaints whatsoever. The person that wrote about the people living in a van with their dog is true- however, I believe the manager addressed that. Overall, a very nice place to live!
