I have lived in apartments for many years, and the staff here is the best I've ever encountered! They're gracious, they're friendly, they make it a point to know residents by name and they're professional without being obnoxious. They all do their best to create a community atmosphere which makes you want to know your neighbors. For example, the building provides Saturday brunch for all residents and occasional building parties (e.g. 4th of JUly). These kinds of events are a great way to get to know your neighbors.
The staff is quick, efficient,and thorough, and they take excellent care of the property. I was having people over one evening and the Asst. Mgr. knew this, noticed that the light on the wall sconce with my apartment number was out, and had it replaced before I could submit a work request! The building and grounds are absolutley spotless, and they're kept that way. Whenever I have friends over, they constantly comment on how the building is so"nice." Friends have often asked, "Is this a condo'"
Although the apartments are typical downtown apartments(small -- with downtown prices), they're well built(make sure you check the drawer space in your kitchen!) and excellently maintained. The insulation between apartments is outstanding...both from above and apartments to the side. I can count on one hand the number of times I've heard noise from another apartment...to the point where it's barely worth mentioning.
I'd recommend this building 100%!
