I'm a travel nurse (moved from Boston to Seattle). Not knowing the area I asked my company to find me an apartment in "downtown Seattle". They found me a studio apt, with off street/gated parking, washer/dryer, disposal and furnished (even down to the linens and plates/silverware). Having lived in a studio in Boston, this studio was alot more spacious with adequate storage. I wasn't aware that the building was all condos. My landlord/owner of my unit (Nadim) was AMAZING. Very attentive and responded quickly with any concerns I had. As for the facility, it was always very clean and quiet. I didn't even realize there were other people living in the building until a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we evacuated onto the sidewalk. (It was a false alarm tripped by something. Fire trucks were here immediately though). Having a gym in the building was great! The roofdeck was an added bonus. I highly recommend it - especially if Nadim has any other properties to rent from.
