I've been living in the complex for nearly 2 years. The staff is friendly, the work that needs done gets done in a timely manner and the property has come a long way since 1997. The anemities are great, two pools, jacuzzi, work out room and one free parking space per unit, as well as laundry facilities and park-like atmosphere for kids. If you don't wish to live around kids, however, step back. There's a school kitty corner to the complex and a lot of loud children. The buildings are well insulated, due to being near the airport, and sound is not an issue for the most part. It's pretty quiet here, the rent is reasonable and I must say I quite like it.
