i lived in this complex from aug 01 to feb 02. they is nothing good about this complex. where do i begin, airplanes are constantly screaming overhead from the sea-tac international airport. we had two well behaved dogs and we were blamed for leaving thier droppings everywhere which we did not do, that is disquisting and we are insulted for being accused of it. we would never recieve complaints from our nieghbors, only from the staff. the management here will develop a prejudice for you if they don't like the way you dress, the music you listen to, or even the kind of car you drive. we never recieved any maintenence for our apartment and when we would ask for something to be repaired they would cuss (yes four letter words) and scream at us like we deliberetly broke something. its not our fault everything in these units are cheap and poorly kept up. when we moved out we spent 9 hours cleaning the unit and spent 400 dollars and cleaning supplies and rentals but because of the're prejudice for us they said every single little thing in the unit needed to be replaced. they charged us 1,500 dollars on move out. they will get away with it too. read the full lease if you move here. these people are cons. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND THE TIME, DON'T MOVE HERE.
