I have lived in these apartments for 3 years now. There is no storage space, not cupbard space, and if you have a washer and dryer you might as well live in a sauna there?s no ventilation in the 2 bedrooms so it gets pretty muggy in there, doors have no seals to keep the cold air out in the winter, you might as well be heating the outside. Will be moving very soon to where I am paying the same for a lot more. Spa looks like its never been cleaned and the 3 months the pool as been warmer than the hot tub! and recently you have to pay your water bill with your rent which has also gone up $10.00 since they switched companies, if you dont pay you are considered later and have to pay a $75.00 late fee plus $25.00 notice fee and $5.00 a day since when you pay your rent they take the water money out first and what ever is oweing is your rent balance. which sucks since you only get about a $10.00 notice for your water bill
