Me and my husband moved in about a month after we got married and since than we have been counting down the days until we can move out! Honestly when we first moved it was ok until we started to notice stuff. First of all we pay almost $800 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath 725sq. feet plus $25 for a second parking spot, $30-$45 for water (there is only 2 of us) a month! Also there is an ant problem that the managment doesn't seem to want to take care of, they have a "bug guy" that comes on the last Thursday of every month but when you put your name on the list to have them come they never show up and they tell the managment that they did but nobody was there! My husband had to leave work one day because they hadn't shown up by the time I had to leave for work and we were the first names on the list! The mail system there is horrible! The mailman doesn't put the mail into the right mailboxes, it takes forever to receive a package! When we wanted to get a dog we were told it could not be a puppy and there was a breed retriction, however after we got our dog there were so many tenants that had puppies it was just unfair! Just stay away!
