I just moved in this past weekend and I can HONESTLY say I'm pretty happy with it. I'll admit, this place isn't BREATHTAKING or brand spanking new...it is an older complex. But it's really clean has good amenities/appliances and you can make the apartment great looking if you decorate/furnish the place tastefully. It's affordable too. I spent A LONG, LONG time researching and visiting apartment/condo complexes for a 1 bed/1 bath for me and my dog, since the beginning of 2008. You're not going to find one with a W/D, that allows pets, decent sq footage, for the price you pay here. This also had the highest rating reviews out of all complexes I was researching. I pay $750 $47 flat for water/sewage/gas each month. You do get your first parking space free and mine is the one right in front of my complex. (think I lucked out) I'm also on the top floor and have a great view of the playground/swimming pool/walking paths. One of my blinds was broken when we did my "check in" walk thru and I noticed the next day I did not have any hot water. When I called in the maintenance guy was already on his way up to fix my blinds and he immediately addressed the water issue and I had hot water within 15 minutes. Alot of complexes don't pay any utilities, and although I was originally hoping to find one that did, paying $47 flat here is nice because I can budget ahead of time for it. In regards to the posting before mine, I know that EVERY COMPLEX will have unhappy tenants and I don't doubt they've truly had bad experiences during their stay, but I also think people should try and be realistic with their expectations. 725 sq feet for a one bedroom/1 bath is pretty big IF you're looking at 1 bed/1 bath apartments ranging from $700-850 a month. In fact it was the largest I found...the range of sq footage at other places similar in price and location, varied from 516-700 sq feet. All complexes will charge for AN ADDITIONAL parking space...that's normal. Some apartments even charge for your FIRST/ONLY parking space. And with dogs, ALL the complexes I researched specifically said they wanted a dog to be at least 1 year of age AND that there are breed restrictions...that's very typical due to certain breeds that are known to be aggressive. My puppy is just 6 months old and I made it clear both here as well as at other complexes how old he was and they were fine with it. I found if you are friendly and communicative with the staff, it makes all the difference. Don't have any personal experience with the bug issue and/or the mail situation...and hope I never will but hopefully the last posting was the exception and not the norm. Parking for visitors seems a bit scarce, but hey it's not the end of the world. And it's QUIET which I LOVE. I'm a young career oriented single female and when I come home from work...my goal is to unwind and relax.Again, there will definitely be nicer places out there IF you're budget is flexible and/or is higher than the range I posted above...but from what I've seen online/in person stretching from Seattle all the way out to Federal Way...this is going to be one of the better places to check out at the very least.

I'm the one who's posting you was before yours and I have to tell you that the whole B building has an ant problem the manager even told me herself! I mean it's really bad when an apartment has an "ANT GUY" and has a case of ant traps on hand when you need them!
