I am a resident at Burke Gilman and I love it. The manager Erica is great! She is kind, caring and really cares about the community. The parents do need to watch there kids, but that is not the managers fault.
The HUD residents are ok, there are a few who are NASTY!!! The maintenance staff is new and is awesome! The new management has cleaned up the property a lot and it keeps getting better.

This post has to have been made by the managment staff in an effort to raise the apts ratings and make themselves look good. This managment team is the worst this place has ever had.
