The building is located in a changing neighborhood, just off campus near Seattle University. It is a 5-Story structure, with only 1 bedroom apartments, a community room with plasma TV, Piano, Computers w/internet access, a soda machine and has limited but secure off street parking on a first come, first served (seniority) basis. There are two guest parking spots in the back of the building, so guests don't have to park on the permit-only streets.

The apartments are one of Plymouth Housing's projects, for low income and handicapped individuals, and most tenants are very friendly and respectful. As in any low income building, there can sometimes be undesireable activity such as drug use and increased "people traffic" as a result, however the management is very hands on and the entire building has security cameras that monitor all areas outside of the individual units.

Over all, it is a pleasant environment. The tenants have monthly events such as tenant meetings, once a month "Movie night" where it is potluck dinner, and popcorn/sodas. The Plymouth housing organization provides weekly case management to its residents to help with everything from help with rent/utilities/food/income issues and is eager to be of help to anyone who needs it.

This is a rare environment in the arena of low income. Highly reccomended for those who are seeking some stability in an otherwise unstable housing market.
