It's ok for one person, but its not the greatest place to live. It's close to campus, but has horrible ventilation in the rooms and always stays humid, which means lots and lots of mold if you don't open up ur windows 24/7. Also in the winter, the heaters don't work too well, either since the walls are brick and not wood = no insulation. Also manager told me there was parking, but for the 6 months I've lived there never had a spot. Also I asked him to let me know when a parking spot would be opening, and even when it did he never let me know, until it was too late.

I have been living here since 2003 (it is now 2006)and have found it to be adequate for me at this time. The management changes and varies. Right now the couple we have is good. The repair service is quick and efficient. For the last three years the rent has gone up which makes it hard in this economy. Because there is no lease required the rent can go up any time. The apartment doesn't have an elevator and the draw back in the summer is that the cinder blocks heat up and the poor ventilation causes the apartments on the upper floors to remain constantly hot. These apartments are small and there is no storage space. They are adequate for one person if you can live simply. The main attraction for me is the one wall of windows. It helps to make the apartment seem more spacious, and open. All the management people involved with the apartment Building are friendly. Thank you for listening.
