These have to be the worst apartments I've ever lived in. I lived in a three bedroom on the top floor and while I never had any noise complaints, thats only because the sound of the freeway is too loud to hear your neighbors. I had friends on the first floor in a two bedroom that made a studio seem spacious. When it would rain heavily (this is Seattle so very often), their carpet would get damp and the walls at one point were soggy. It got so bad that they started to get mold on the walls. They told the management several times until they sent a maintance guy over. He looked at the walls and just painted over they so you couldnt see the mold anymore.
Almost everyone living in those apartments are college students that chose this place because they couldnt find anywhere else or didnt know better. When I was there the management changed 6 times. The management company gives the term slum lords a whole new meaning.
