Campus View Apartments

Poor management, expenisve From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The building has a central courtyard that is consistently dirty and covered in cigarette butts. The builinding is "secure" meaning there is no door in the garage to the elevator and the front door doesn't shut immediately after opening so anyone can waltz right on in. The management is never around, they take forver to respond to work orders, rairly get the requested work done and never follow up. There are ants in the kitchen and bathroom. THe bathroom walls are covered in mold and the "heating lamp" does nothing. There are boards broken in the floor under the carpet, which hasn't been replaced in years.
