We have lived here for 18 months and have seen 2 different manager teams. The first set were OK, just not very professional. The set that are here now just started a couple of months ago, and have been nothing but rude. They started their term with an inspection of everyone's apartment, and then proceeded to hand out citations. All of this before they even introduced themselves!

Pet policies are dicey. We told the original managers that we had a dog and a cat. She wrote down just the dog and only had us pay for the dog pet deposit because she did not agree that we should have to pay $400 per pet, with $150 non-refundable. Had no problems for 16 months, and then the new managers threaten to evict us because we have a second pet. When we explained what happened with the previous managers, we were told too bad and we had better pay up or get out. Meanwhile they let their two snappy, barking little dogs run loose all of them time!!!!!!!!!!

Rent seems to go up too much too frequently. The grounds are OK, although the shrubs are too high. Laundry room sucks, parking is always an issue even though there are assigned spots. NO VISITOR PARKING. We are supposed to have two assigned spots and our spots constantly get parked in. Manager says if the car is still there tomorrow we can get it towed. So where the heck an I supposed to park'''' The street is their solution.

Don't live here, find a better place.

This is about my same experience with them. Not happy with them at all. Terrible place to live for me.
