Well lets see...the manager in the office is only in the office from 4-6:30 during the week. If you'd like to get a hold of her at any other time it's not possible. Even if you leave a message. We started paying $20 a month for an extra parking spot since my roomate and I both have a car, but our checks were never cashed until 3 months later. So when we quit paying she was definitely on top of telling us she was going to tow our car. One night my roomate came home late and someone had thrown up all over the front enterance and broke the lock on the security door. It was impossible for anyone to get their key in the lock, thus getting into the apartment so she called the "Emergency Maintenance" number. (That's a joke) She only got a recording and since the office wasn't open we had to wait until Monday for them to come replace the lock, and even then we had to argue with the office attendant about giving us new keys! The people who live there are decent however our neibors below us are extremely loud and like to blast the tv all night into the early morning with their windows open so we can all hear. But of course we could never complain because the office wouldn't do anything anyways. So basically if you want to live here think again. The pool is still closed, there is no "emergency maintenance", and the office is a joke.
