We want the Capitol Building to be a good place to live at, unfortunately, at this point it isn't.
Fire and smoke alarms have been removed. A safety inspector should evaluate functionality and the existence of them periodically. People who smoke marihuana in the building have removed them. The strong marihuana smell impregnates the environment.
A very comprehensive walk through needs to happen, morever, also a survey about the environment should occur. The noise level and drug use are issues at the moment. I foresee a deterioration of the place if management does not consider tenants' satisfaction as an important topic.
The entrance of the building ( the face of it) is normally stained with pigeon's dejection...'a crappy entrance", literally.
