Not so much...

Lived in a unit that faced south, into the courtyard. No breeze and a lot of noise when the weather warmed up. The elevator frequently goes out and has gone over a day before it has been fixed. Which leads to another problem. You only have a key to access your floor and the first floor, so if you have a guest and the elevator is out, they need a key to leave otherwise they get stuck and can only access the fourth floor. So don't live here if you need medical aid because they will never be able to get to you! (Same goes for when the power is out)

As for the manager, we asked him to fix a couple things and he doesn't respond until you pester him. Everywhere else I lived, when you told management about something needing fixed, they dealt with it and left notice to enter. This guy seems to think it's the tenant's duty to pursue finding him to get something done. He also smokes like a chimney because everytime I left a rent check under his door, smoke reeked from his unit out into the second floor hallway.

He's also very flighty... he served several people with notice to pay or vacate on the afternoon of the 5th, even though rent wasn't late until after midnight. Never could reach him if the cable guy came and of course the cable room door is locked and no one else has a key.

The WRP property manager (who is offsite) also is somewhat conceited. He thinks he is doing everyone a favor simply by answering the phone and saying hello to you. When I brought a few things to his attention that the onsite manager was failing to take care of, they just went in one ear and out the other.

As for the neighborhood, it's very close to everything. 2 grocery stores, a pharmacy, great food and coffee shops. The amenities of the apartment itself were nice as well. It's just not worth dealing with management for the price. Think of it as one being a pit bull that has no sense of reasoning and the other, an old fat tabby who just wants to sleep all day.
