Really that's what it costs?
Went to the Capitola to view a studio apartment. Asked the new manager how much it was he said um $845. 2 hours later I find that their studio's listed 4 days ago on a website from $595-$765. The studio I looked at wasā¦Ā See More >anonymous

419 14th Avenue E, Upper Unit (Seattle, WA)
We lived in the Upper Unit at 419 14th Ave E for a year and enjoyed it. Eric, the property manager, is super nice, easy to get ahold of, and very responsive.ā¦Ā See More >missberg4

Wonderful spot, great neighborhood.
Living here was a wonderful experience. The manager, Erik, always fixed everything as soon as a request was put in. The neighborhood is great and close to everything and the other tenants are very friendly.ā¦Ā See More >mistybright

Capitola Apartments
I have nothing but good to say, especially when it comes to the new management. The on-site manager is one of the nicest guys I've ever met .... Repairs were responded to promptly. The building itself is beautiful and in an excellent location. Prices areā¦Ā See More >anonymous

The paint on the walls were extremely thin in some areas and thicker in areas. Meaning when the time came to remove nails out of the wall, it cracked as if it hadn't had a proper coating when they first painted. Overall the place wasā¦Ā See More >mightymac

Capitola in Capitol Hill Seattle
Excellent place to live, particularly if looking for something affordable in a great neighborhood: near great coffee places, great bars, great location in Seattle, and diversity of people and grocery stores!ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good place
The Capitola Apartments were a great place to live in! I lived there for four years and never had a problem with the neighbors or anything else. The apartment manager was awesome. When I needed something fixed in the apartment, he gotā¦Ā See More >williamclaus

Pros: Had a great view of the needle and seattle. Had no problems with management. Had a great atmosphere with people/neighbors. Had (for the most part) good parking. Everyone that lived in the apartments were very good at being quiet at night. Management keeps goodā¦Ā See More >urbanepoop

Seriously? It ain't called The Crapitola for nothing....
Yeah, you know what? Capitola is notorious for having their managers write reviews. This place is a dive/dump, there is no parking and to suggest that street parking anywhere on Capitol Hill is "Super easy and convenient" is insulting and ridiculous. The Capitola preys onā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I LOVED IT HERE!
Prior reviews of Capitola do not justify this apartment! The management has changed and my experience here has been the best out of any apartments I've lived in on Capitol Hill. The on-site manager, Eric, is awesome. He's always available, super diligent and quick, andā¦Ā See More >anonymous

This place is one thing and one thing only: a cheap place to live. Do not expect anything whatsoever from management. You will be lucky to get a repair in under a month, apparently clothes has been stolen from the tiny laundry room, parking sucks,ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I have lived at the Capitola Apartments for about a year, and while I agree with the previous reviewer that the rent is too high, I strongly disagree with his assessment of the building and especially the management. I really like my apartment. The kitchenā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Capitola is dirty, noisy, cold and uses bullish management tactics.
Move in at your own risk!! Rent continually increased and management rotated so frequently over my two year residency that you would have thought the Capitola was a half way house. The previous review paints the current manager in a swell light but the truth isā¦Ā See More >jlaytonkent
