| 11/19/2012 | I recently moved into the Capitola and so far so good. The manager seems a little overwhelmed but he is quick to take care of issues and knowledgeable about what he is doing. The building itself is a really old building but it has been kept in decent shape over the years. Typically boring hallways but the Hardwood floors and high ceilings in the apartments make it great. Here's a tip, even if you're just visiting, they have a poem about the radiators in each lobby by the mailboxes. Read it it is hilarious and obviously written by someone on ...
