Yes, I agree with the other reveiws that the neighbors tend to get to know each other because all units face inward, and that was kind of nice. There were usually get togethers by the pool, lots of drinking, but some of the people i didn't want to get to know that well...The people there are sort of interesting random characters.... A guy who worked at a hotel at the night shift, a kick boxer, a retired lady who kind of talked to herself, a bartender, a girl who was into making "adult films" eh....two guys who just moved from California. Management pretty good. My only compliant is that the building had very poor insulation and was very cold during the winter. It has concrete foundation and even if I had my heat on full blast I was freezing all the time and had to end my lease early. Plus the heat was really crappy - these fan things built into the wall- not baseboard heat or radiant heat, these crappy heaters that didn't even work. The place is very warm in the summer because of the concrete but freezing in the winter. I guess I would recommend it in the summer but not winter. Great location, pretty good views from most units, but also a few doors down from a halfway house... (and the seattle police dept.) The floor plan of the units is open- there is no door on the "one bedroom" units- all concrete- stucco walls.
