I have lived at Carkeek Park Place for over five years. The
building is always clean and well kept. The building is quiet. The parking
garage is great.
I was about ready to move out 3 years ago because of the former management.
Beside the fact that I could never keep track of their names, nothing ever got
done (maintenance requests, building cleaning, etc).
Since the current managers have been here, I have never had a problem. My maintenance requests have always been taking care of promptly and professionally. If the management could not fix
it, they have always called a third party in to make sure that it was done (i.e.
appliance repair).
The managers deliver packages to my apartment for me, they accept and send faxes
in the rental office for me, they have always gone above and beyond what other
apartment managers would have done.
I have lived in apartment for several years. Out of all the apartments I have
lived in, this one is the best by far!

I agree with this post and do not believe that it was written by an employee of the apts. The new management are great.
