------ brings in her children to work and parks in an underground handicapped stop when she is obviously not handicapped. Things are never done on time and maintenance announcements are posted one week and then postponed to another. She leaves early and the people that deliver the packages are the delivery people who have access to the building.

I've lived at Carkeek under the present manager ------ and the under the previous, --------/---. ------ is fine, keeps her word, keeps the building clean and fixed. Things runs smoothly and when she is needed has always been there. Compared to the other two she is from heaven. From JW

Did someone in the manager's office write this?? It's funny how the day ------ comes back from being gone this is posted. ------ does bring her kids in, parks in handicap and acts like she owns the building. The people who have written these "positive" posts are either delusional or made up by guess who! Come by the office any day and you'll see that she isn't there. Packages are now delivered to the door and I asked the delivery guy and he said that this was the way the office wanted it. I would recommend the apartments but the real owners should reconsider ------ and her tactics.
