I have lived at Carkeek Park Place for several years, under both sets of managers. Charie Search and Leesa walked into a mess, and have done their best to clean things up. While there are certainly "growing pains" during any transition, that's natural. The times I have dealt with Charie, she has taken care of any issues in a prompt manner, and been very polite and professional. If some people think she's unfriendly, that's not fair, because she's usually swamped and being torn in ten different directions at the same time.
I personally have never seen her children in the office. Even if they are there, what difference does it make, if she accomplishes her tasks in a timely manner'
Despite working at Microsoft and the commute challenges associated therewith, I don't plan on leaving. The wall to wall soundproofing is excellent; the convenience is great; and my neighbors are friendly. A great mixture of all ages. I love it! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

No way!!!! Management is NEVER in the office (the hours are minimal anyway), her kids are in the office (maybe if you're at Microsoft you never see them, but I sure have), and they don't respond in a timely manner to anything. Their normal response is "that's not in my management duties". Cherie organizes barbecues, sends out cutesie newsletters, and posts signs saying they'll be "right back". This building has never been professionally run by any management that's been hired, mainly because the family that owns it is cheap to the nth degree and only interested in taking tenant money so they can continue expansion of their real estate empire in the QFC lot next door.
