Ok Location, Horrible management

When I first moved in here, I was needing a place within 2 weeks before I have to pay a prorated rate at my old apartment for having my big furnitures in there. I figured it would take no more than a week to move into my new apartment at carolina courts. Management takes forever with proccessing application. After having my credit report decline for no deposit down, (took management 4 days to get back to me, I finally decide to put down first, last, and deposit down. This was on a Friday.Still was not able to get my keys to my apartment (after writing out the check for the amount of 1350.00). Was told to come back Monday to get keys, because management had to overlook the application with her supervisors. I return Monday, management wasnt not in. It was some young girl who looked no older than 20 watching the office at the time. She then told me to return TUesday to get my keys. Come back Tuesday, manager is in. FINALLY gave me my keys, but then told me the carpets were not clean, and would be cleaned that afternoon to be ready for move in tomorrow morning. Come in the next morning, carpets were not cleaned!! Was promised it would be clean the next morning for move in, came back again....WAS NOT CLEAN AGAIN! I was soo irritated and short on time for move in, that I went to Safeway and rented a carpet cleaner. Went back to managment asking for reimbursment, and was TURNED DOWN! TELLING ME....'Oh we dont do that. We told you the carpets would be cleaned by us." AFTER telling management IVE WAITED 3 DAYS FOR IT, I NEED TO MOVE IN I AM HOMELESS, she still turns me down. HORRIBLE!
Managment also informed me the intercomm had been hooked up. NOPE IT WASNT. Ive been here for 1 1/2 years, its still not yet hooked up.
My shower is clogged. Managment did a yearly inspection one day, entered my apartment while I was home, and told me the shower will be fixed, and also with my permission, it also to be fixed without me being home. And guess what' It was NEVER fixed.
And lastly, after reading other reviews of management entering with no permission....I have noticed weird activity in my apartment. I have came home, with my closet door wide open, lights on, and my drawers in my closet ALL opened. A tool box I always store on the shelf above, was found ON THE FLOOR in front of the closet door. AND I KNOW for sure I dont store my tool box on the floor to be in the way. Also, I havent touched my tool box within the last year.
I also own a cat, whose pretty crazy. TWICE i came home with my cat STUFFED inside my closet drawers, SHUT ALL THE WAY. The first time I saw that, I figured I had accidently left the drawer opened, and he had climbed in there being roudy and accidenly shut himself in it. But I even knew deep down that that would be VERY hard to do, but i shrugged it off. ANOTHER TIME, I come home, and again, cat was stuffed in the drawer, and this time i freaked, because I KNEW i had shut those drawers! All this weird stuff was going on, and now after reading the last few reviews.....I KNOW for sure they enter without permission.
Management is horrible here. Its okay to live here if you dont need anything from management, but if anything breaks, dont expect much.
