Ok, we all have to put up with the woes of renting, but it's even worse when you have to deal with a nasty company too. The Carriage House is managed by a company called Allied Group, and headed by a person named Krystie. After attempting at least 10 times to speak to this person regarding apartment concerns, the last thing I expected was to have to deal with an arrogant, snotty, self absorbed brat of a person, who didnt care whether I rented or not. Obviously, my issues did not get dealt with in a professional way. No wonder the managers at that office are always so hesitant to answer questions! With an ogre like that hanging over head, it must make the job a lot of fun. I would not live here. I will not return, and will not recommend this place to anyone. It's too bad cause the price is good. I know others feel the same way.

I used to work for allied group and it was a nightmare. I actually worked at carriage house. I worked for allied for 4 months. I ended up quiting because I felt extremely uncomfortable at carriage house apts. But also my boss was irresponsible, unkind, a kiss ass, and always had something bad to say about everyone that lived there and even people looking to live there. I have a much better job now and love it. In the 4 months that I worked for them I met christy once. She kept forgeting my name, was very snobby, oh and my boss had her best ass kissing face on that day. She even bought a coach purse just like christy's. Yuck. I would never rent at a property managed by allied and I will NEVER work for them again!
