I have lived at Carriage House for 1.5 years. I have no complaints about management or maintenence. They have always addressed problems in a timely fashion and fixed what needed fixed. the new management has continuously upkept the parking lot and they are currently installing a trash compactor. The two times that there was a "security threat" it was handled promptly and flyers were sent out to alert tenants to any problems. It's not the managements fault that someone has a trashy boyfriend!!
My biggest complaint is that the walls are thin as paper. I know every detail of my inconsiderate neighbor. Everyone that I live near is very quiet for an apartment community and I try to be courtious as well, but we have a long time tenant who believes that she is above all others. She is the only problem that I have ever had here during my stay.
the units are small and best suited for single person or cozy couple.
