Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at the CH Apts until Feb 2006. I enjoyed my stay and the place was neat and clean. I had no problem with pests of any kind and again the apartment was kept up well. The only downside was that my apartment was on the end of the building and located near the exit door. Eventually I got used to the door slams and firetrucks passing my window.
Two thumbs up for the CH. I would do it again at another location away fron the city if the rental price fit my budget.
