Cascade Terrace Apartments

Noisy and inconsiderate From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   This place is very noisy during the day ... they run loud leaf-blowers through the complex every day. The buildings are grouped closely, so the sound echoes around the canyon-like walls and it can go on for hours. In addition to the noise, the dust from this operation settles on the cars ... I've given up on having a clean car because the day after I clean it, there's a fine layer of dust coating it. I've asked the management to post a schedule, so I can plan my day around the noise and move my car to avoid the dust, but this seems to be too much to ask. My impression is that they are entirely focused on bringing in new tenants and don't really care about existing tenants.
