Cascade Terrace Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   This place was great until PINNACLE took over. The office managers are rude and don't call you back when you have an issue. It figures to hear since i moved out that the place is going down the drain. OWN don't rent, you'll be wasting you $$ at this place. Garage security, don't bother. It's actually easier for burglars to get into a car in the garage than one outside. Watch out, they'll send you to collections for no reason. I have to agree with the rest of the reviews though, the maintenance staff kicks serious ass!
