Loud noise, lots of dust From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Every day, they go through the complex with a loud leaf-blower. The dust settles on your car, so it's never clean if you park there during the day. The buildings are close together, so the noise and dust has nowhere to go, they just keep blowing it around and the noise echoes all over. The management has refused to post a schedule for this operation, it just happens randomly, so you can't plan around the noise, or move your car to avoid the dust. My impression is that they are very interested in bringing in new tenants, but not at all interested in the concerns of existing tenants. Some reports in this list seem phoney ... ask lots of questions before renting here.
