Cascade Terrace Apartments

College students moving in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Cascade Terrace is steadily becoming dominated by college students. The number of loud parties has increased in the past year. Students hold hour-long conversations in the parking lot right below your window while you're trying to sleep. Or they drive through at 3am with a car stereo with so much base it shakes your windows. They need someone on call who can move tell people at parties they will be fined or move people who are talking out of the parking lot. To management's credit, they did say they would fine the tenants who threw one very loud party from 2am to 4am.
