Cascade Terrace Apartments

If you lived here you would be LUCKY! From: CascadeTerraceRules Date posted: 12/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have been SO pleased living here for 10 months. Ruby and Amber are ideal landladies, they listen to all your questions and solve any problems. They throw parties so tenants get to know each other, and they basically are just all anyone could ask for. Parking can be tricky but I think we're lucky to have parking at all, considering the situation in Belltown. The gym is phenomenal, and they just improved it tenfold. I don't have to have a membership at another gym because this one is so unbelievably well stocked. I feel very safe in the complex, and as for the apartment itself, it is adorable and so well kept and I have a view and I pay very little for how much I get! The caretakers Eric and John show up at your door maybe 10 minutes after you page them, and I haven't had a problem yet that they can't fix. I plan to live here for years and years, so if you want to move in you can't have my apartment! But you'd be lucky to live here!
