Cascade Terrace Apartments

not recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Lived there for several years, the buildings seem to be deteriorating. The parking is bad, they have some parking company that will write you a ticket even if you live there and are parked in your own spot. The interior of the apartments are old and need significant refurbishing. And the exterior of the buildings are obviously aging and needs attention. The elevators do smell fairly bad. The maintenance workers seem to not want to resolve anything with the exception of that guy that wears the glasses, he is ok. A younger crowd seems to be moving in so that can be a or a - . I can't say that the on site managers are at total fault, obviously Pinnacle needs to address the needs of the property. I could go on but basicaly I am of the opinion that for the money there are probably better places to live in Queen Anne.
