Cascade Terrace Apartments

Can't Wait to Move!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   My husband and I have lived in these apartments for far too long, and they just keep getting worse! From visitor parking that has decreased to only 5 spaces (one of which is perpetually taken by a construction truck) to having the audacity to charge us for *tiny*, *smelly* storage spaces, Cascade Terrace finds every way to nickle and dime you to death. The poorly designed driveway and parking areas are reason alone not to live here. There is only one way in and out of the whole, rather large complex ... so god forbid there is a moving truck, someone wanting to get in *and* someone wanting to leave! And I won't even get started on the parking enforcement company. I literally am counting down the days until we can move out of here.
